Meet Our Head Chef Fabrice Arcouet
He has gained international recognition as the head chef of Regalia Fine Dining by utilizing the sweet, tart, and sour characteristics of his tomatoes. He serves regional and seasonal cuisine as a way to showcase his love of cooking. He received two Michelin stars in 2006. He also won "Newcomer of the Year".
